Feasibility Survey –

A feasibility is a high-level budget to determine if a project is financially viable to move to the next stage of development process. This is usually based upon sketch layout/scheme.

Tendering

  • Preparing tender documentation
  • Evaluate & tender returns

Valuations

  • The management of interim payments to contractors or subcontractors in line with the agreed Contract Documents

Develepoment Cost Plans

A more in depth look at the potential costs of a project and a very useful tool when negotiating funding & loans usually based upon planning drawings.

Project Cost Control

  • Monthly cost reports
  • Final account projections

 

Final Accounts

  • Liaising with contractors to agree on the final account
  • Providing a final settlement figure

Bills of Quantity

Preparation of bills of quantity if these are required which are priced by contractors and submitted for tender.

Cost Report

  • Ongoing updates on all costs relating to the project to ensure project viability
  • Continuous advice to ensure the budget is being spent effectively

Contract Administration

  • Administering the contract for your project, including creating the contract
  • Negotiating terms
